• Lead the delivery of key workstreams related to strategy development and operating model design.
• Apply deep financial acumen and propose innovative value creation opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligning with strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements.
• Create detailed implementation plans to execute solutions effectively.
• Facilitate the change management process by identifying potential resistance.
• Develop strategies to mitigate resistance and ensure successful adoption of changes.
• Identify opportunities for strategic process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Engage with the strategy community to foster collaboration and support practice growth.
• Ensure successful adoption of processes through effective training.
• Manage project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Guide the team towards timely project delivery.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Support business development efforts including proposals and client presentations.

• Apply deep financial acumen and propose innovative value creation opportunities for sustained growth and profitability.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables that align with strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements.
• Create detailed implementation plans and strategies to execute these solutions effectively.
• Facilitate the change management process by identifying potential resistance to strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate resistance and ensure successful adoption of changes.
• Identify opportunities for strategic process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to drive performance.
• Engage with the broader strategy community to foster collaboration and support growth and development of the Accenture Strategy practice in areas such as recruitment, training and thought leadership.
• Ensure the successful adoption of new strategic processes and methodologies through effective training initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timeline and budget.
• Guide the team of Consultants and Analysts towards timely and efficient project delivery.
• Mentor junior members of the team, providing them with experiences to continually learn and grow.
• Manage and support business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, and client presentations.
