Job summary

Excis Compliance in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Storage Lead to manage enterprise storage, backup, and data protection. You will lead SAN/NAS, virtualization, DR, and capacity planning while guiding incident response and RAID workflows.

Responsibilities include RCA, infrastructure change coordination, and multi-site storage upgrades, ensuring high availability and robust recovery capabilities for enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise storage, data centre infrastructure, and backup environments.
• Hands-on SAN/NAS storage administration with virtualization and DR experience.
• Knowledge of storage availability, performance, capacity management, and multi-site support.
• Experience with Veeam, Commvault, ExaGrid, Synology NAS, or similar tech.
• Strong leadership, RCA, incident management, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and support of enterprise SAN/NAS storage environments.
• Manage provisioning, expansion, migration, and decommissioning.
• Monitor storage availability, performance, capacity, and health.
• Provide technical guidance to storage and infrastructure teams.
• Lead P1/P2 incidents and perform RCA with vendors and teams.
• Coordinate storage migrations, DR projects, and capacity planning.
