Job summary

Ma'aden Gold and Base Metals (MGBM) seeks an experienced Senior Geologist to support exploration, resource evaluation, and mine planning decisions. You will apply geological interpretation, modelling, and data quality controls to deliver reliable assessments for operations.

The role requires 8–12 years in mining or exploration, a Bachelor's in Geology (Master's preferred), and the ability to mentor juniors while coordinating drilling campaigns and technical reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in mining, exploration or resource geology.
• Experience in geological modelling, resource estimation, drilling, and technical reporting.

Responsibilities

• Geological mapping, sampling, logging, and data interpretation.
• Develop/review geological models, resource reports, and technical assessments.
• Identify uncertainties and mitigate geological risks.
• Plan/monitor drilling programs and exploration campaigns.
• Evaluate exploration targets and opportunities for growth.
