Manage ramp-up activities, including user testing, training, and support documentation, to ensure a successful transition to new finance technologies. Lead specific projects aimed at improving the finance technology landscape, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies and objectives. Track progress on technology implementation, addressing any challenges or risks, and maintaining communication with cross-functional teams. Facilitate the integration of systems to improve data accuracy and accessibility in financial reporting. Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools, providing real-time metrics to stakeholders. Drive change management initiatives to promote user adoption and engagement with new finance systems. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend system improvements based on user feedback and industry best practices.
