Riyadh Cables Group, a leading manufacturer in the MENA region, seeks an experienced ERM professional to support and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management program. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and reporting risks, coordinating with departments to implement mitigation plans, and aligning with ISO 31000 and COSO standards within a publicly listed company environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business administration, finance, accounting, engineering or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of enterprise risk management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
• Prior experience with a Big 4 firm or reputable risk advisory firm preferred.
• Experience in a publicly listed (Tadawul / CMA-regulated) joint-stock company environment strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management framework across the company.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report key enterprise risks; coordinate with departments on risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure alignment with the company’s risk appetite, policies, objectives, and applicable standards.
• Support alignment of the ERM framework with ISO 31000 and the COSO ERM framework; align with Tadawul/CMA obligations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management
• framework across the company.
• Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting key enterprise risks, coordinating with departments on risk mitigation plans, and ensuring alignment with the company’s risk appetite, policies, objectives, and applicable standards.
• The role supports alignment of the ERM framework with ISO 31000 and the COSO Enterprise Risk
• Management framework, and with the company’s obligations as a public joint-stock company
• listed on Tadawul and regulated by the CMA.

Required Educational Level:

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferred professional certifications include: FRM (GARP), PRM (PRMIA), ISO 31000 Risk Manager / Lead Risk Manager, CRMA, PMI-RMP, CIA, or equivalent.

Required Experience:

• 4–6 years of experience in enterprise risk management.
• Additional experience in compliance, internal controls, business continuity, is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, or infrastructure companies is preferred.
• Prior experience with a Big 4 firm or another reputable risk advisory / consultancy firm is preferred.
• Experience within a publicly listed (Tadawul / CMA-regulated) joint-stock company environment is strongly preferred.
