Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and execution of the company s risk management strategy policies and procedures.
• Identify analyze and evaluate emerging risks operational financial strategic and compliance using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Prepare comprehensive risk reports dashboards and presentations for senior management and the board.
• Coordinate risk assessments across departments facilitating workshops and interviews to gather risk intelligence.
• Monitor key risk indicators KRIs and early warning signals recommending mitigation actions.
• Support the implementation and testing of internal controls and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements SAMA CMA or other relevant Saudi authorities and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal audit compliance and legal teams to close gaps and strengthen the control environment.
• Stay updated on global and regional risk trends including cyber ESG and geopolitical factors.
• Assist in crisis management and business continuity planning as part of the overall risk framework.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or professional certification (FRM, PRM, CRM, or CIA) is a strong plus.

Experience

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or compliance, preferably within banking, consulting, or large corporates.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in risk assessment tools, data analytics (Excel, SQL, Power BI), and ERM software.
• Familiarity with ISO 31000 or COSO frameworks.

Analytical Mindset

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Communication

• Excellent written and verbal English skills; Arabic is an advantage. Ability to present risk concepts clearly to non-experts.

Interpersonal Skills

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
