Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the lifecycle of complex contracts within a major development program in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure compliance with laws, policies, and project requirements while supporting negotiations and amendments.

You will monitor contractor performance, mitigate risks, maintain contract records, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-value commercial and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in contracts management or related field
• Experience with large-scale projects, construction, infrastructure, real estate, or public sector preferred
• CPCM, CCM, PMP, MRICS or equivalent certifications are a plus
