Job summary

Linnk Group in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Solution Architect to lead design, integration, and modernization of Risk & Compliance solutions in banking. The role focuses on secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant enterprise architectures across platforms.

We require 10+ years of banking solution architecture experience with strong AML, KYC, and GRC expertise, plus hands-on work with industry tools and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of solution architecture experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in Risk & Compliance, AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and GRC.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of: IBM Safer Payments, Oracle KYC/HotScan, SAS EGRC, Archer GRC/ServiceNow GRC.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, microservices, cloud, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with security architecture, data governance, and banking compliance frameworks.
• TOGAF, AWS, or Azure certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise Risk & Compliance solutions.
• Define architecture and integration strategies for GRC, AML, KYC, and financial crime platforms.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead solution design, implementation, migration, and production support.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and enterprise architecture.
