Job summary

Linnk Group in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and modernization of Risk & Compliance solutions within the banking sector. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant enterprise solutions.

You will drive architecture, AML/KYC compliance, and GRC implementations, collaborating with business, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver robust, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solution architecture experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in Risk & Compliance, AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and GRC.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of IBM Safer Payments, Oracle KYC / Oracle HotScan, Archer GRC / ServiceNow GRC.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise Risk & Compliance solutions.
• Define architecture and integration strategies for GRC, AML, KYC, and financial crime platforms.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead solution design, implementation, migration, and production support.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and enterprise architecture.
