Job summary

ITWorx is seeking an experienced engineer in Saudi Arabia to understand customer issues, diagnose root causes across DB, network, and applications, and coordinate with infrastructure, security, and development teams to resolve problems.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong SQL, and expertise in web/app server administration (IIS, Tomcat, Nginx) plus ITIL processes. React Native support experience is preferred. This is a full-time position with ITWorx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Strong SQL skills (queries, tuning, indexing, troubleshooting).
• Administration of web/app servers (IIS, Tomcat, Nginx).
• Troubleshooting across app, DB, OS, network, identity, and integration layers.
• API, ETL, and ESB/iPaaS integration support (REST/SOAP, authentication flows, data pipelines).
• Experience with React Native mobile application support (builds, releases, crash logs, compatibility).
• Log analysis, performance tuning, and monitoring/alerting setup.
• ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change management.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customer to understand the reported issue
• Investigate and identify the root cause of the reported issues (DB, Network, Application, mobile App, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and work with different teams including but not limited to infrastructure, DBA, security, development team to solve the reported issue
• Fixing issues discovered during troubleshooting
