Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years in frontend engineering with senior or lead ownership.
• Deep expertise in React/React Native and modern state management.
• Proven delivery of production mobile apps with native tooling and store releases.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical authority for frontend engineering across web and mobile.
• Design complex, scalable frontend architectures using React and React Native.
• Define frontend standards, patterns, reusable components, and design systems.
• Own cross-platform code sharing strategy to maximize web/mobile reuse.
• Lead technical implementation of complex features and modernization initiatives.
• Own mobile release engineering including App Store / Google Play processes.
• Review complex code and designs for quality and architectural alignment.
• Drive performance, accessibility, security, and maintainability improvements.
• Apply client-side security requirements for authentication and data handling.
• Mentor frontend engineers and contribute to enterprise frontend initiatives.
