Red Sea Global is seeking a senior Social Media professional to translate strategy into channel plans and content calendars, coordinating a cross-functional team and agencies to deliver platform-ready content.

You will oversee community management, performance reporting, and governance while aligning with brand voice and safety standards. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Relevant professional certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or social media are advantageous.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, content, or communications, including experience coordinating teams, campaigns, agencies, and high profile brand channels.

Responsibilities

• Translate the approved social media strategy into channel plans, editorial calendars, campaign workplans, and team assignments.
• Manage day-to-day team workload, priorities, quality, and deadlines, and provide coaching to social media specialists.
• Escalate risks to the Social Media Associate Director with practical recommendations.
• Oversee end-to-end content workflow, including briefs, production coordination, reviews, approvals, publishing, optimization, and archiving.
• Coordinate campaign launches, events, live coverage, and always-on content across social platforms.
• Monitor comments and inquiries, ensuring responses follow approved protocols and escalation paths.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Manage agency, influencer, media, and vendor deliverables within budgets and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records for content approvals, publishing, contracts, invoices, and performance documentation.
