Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field with 7+ years of experience in large-scale projects, and PMP/SMSTS are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant work experience in construction or site management roles.
• Certifications such as PMP or SMSTS are highly desirable.
• Experience managing large‑scale construction projects in complex, high‑stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes while managing on-site staff effectively.
• Develop and maintain project schedules coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Manage the project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring financial constraints are met.
