The role demands a hands-on, field-oriented leader with a civil engineering background, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate a multi-national blue-collar workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• 8–12 years in construction, contracting, or facility management operations.
• Experience leading multi-trade workforces (civil, MEP) on fit-out/maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver fit-out, renovation, and construction projects with schedules, costs, and quality controls.
• Oversee routine and emergency maintenance across facilities and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage a shared trade pool and supervise two site engineers and four foremen.
• Prepare budgets, track costs, and report variances and resource use monthly.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure proper project handovers with client sign-off.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operations reports and coordinate with stakeholders.
