Job summary

CLEAR - Corporate seeks an experienced Site Supervisor/Foreman to oversee daily construction activities on site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will supervise labor, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Technical Certificate in civil engineering or related field, plus at least 5 years of site supervision experience on building, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• High school diploma with extensive construction supervision experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Manage and direct labor teams, skilled and unskilled.
• Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor productivity and ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Report daily progress, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Monitor material usage and minimize waste.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.
• Assist with inspections, testing, and project handover activities.
