Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 12–15 years of experience in EHV/HV substation construction, including 380kV substations.
• Minimum 5 years in a Site Manager or Construction Manager role.
• Hands-on experience with SEC projects and SEC construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction activities for 380kV substation/BSP projects.
• Plan and monitor site execution, manpower, materials, equipment, and daily progress.
• Coordinate with SEC, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with SEC standards, drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, cable works, and equipment erection.
