Tractebel seeks a Senior Site Construction Engineer for the Al Khushaybi BESS IPP project in Al Qassim, KSA. You will oversee construction, ensure compliance with drawings and standards, and coordinate with EPCs, OEMs, and the grid operator to meet schedule and performance targets.

With at least 8 years in substation projects in KSA, you will drive safety, quality, and technical excellence, coordinating across stakeholders to support grid integration and plant reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Substation experience in KSA with SEC & National Grid required.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• Experience with BESS integration and grid interface preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise construction to ensure compliance with drawings and contract.
• Monitor quality, progress, and inspections and tests.
• Coordinate site services and interface with EPC and client teams.
• Maintain site records and support milestones and handover.
