Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Senior Manager - Security Planning to lead security strategies across the Master Developer portfolio, focusing on City Security Planning and Place Planning and Design. You will work closely with the District Master Developer and the Place, Planning & Design team to deliver a city that is open yet secure and sets a global benchmark for safety.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in built-environment security and major development projects in KSA.
Proficiency in Aconex, BIM360, SharePoint and reporting/dashboarding tools.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage large project dependencies.
Experience advising government and multinational stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee security master-planning across districts and city masterplan coordination.
Coordinate across District Master Developer and Place Planning & Design teams.
Enhance dashboards, trackers, and performance frameworks for reporting.
Support policy, standards, and risk frameworks through research and documentation.
Lead initiatives to expand advisory capabilities and regional benchmarking.
