Job summary

Lighthouse Green Fuels Limited is seeking an experienced Agile Coach / Delivery Manager to drive Agile adoption across IT and digital transformation initiatives in Saudi Arabia. You will enable high-performing teams, foster continuous improvement, and grow organizational Agile maturity while collaborating with product owners and delivery teams.

The role focuses on implementing Agile governance, standardizing workflows, and leading retrospectives to drive delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or a relevant field.
Proven experience implementing Agile and Scrum practices.
Experience coaching Scrum teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum methodologies across projects and transformation initiatives.
Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
Monitor Agile metrics including velocity, throughput, and cycle time; report to leadership.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective execution of Sprint activities.
Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog management and refinement.
