Job summary

Saudi Aramco ASC is seeking a Scheduling Engineer to join the Project Control Division of the Producing Project Management Department. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely execution and effective resource coordination across onshore and offshore facilities.

You will perform critical path analysis, track progress against baselines, and report schedule risks with actionable recommendations to project management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in scheduling engineering and project management.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera.
• PMP or Scheduling Professional (SP) certification or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules including baselines and milestones.
• Monitor progress against approved schedules and identify delays.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify bottlenecks.
• Communicate schedule risks and required interventions.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of scheduling data and reporting.
• Work with construction team to review and approve project schedule.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly progress reports and look-ahead plans.
