Job summary

Müller's Solutions is seeking a dedicated SAP Ariba Consultant exclusively for Saudi nationals to join our team. The successful candidate will implement and support SAP Ariba solutions tailored to procurement and supply chain processes.

This role involves collaborating with clients to optimize procurement operations using SAP Ariba's capabilities, delivering L2/L3 support, and ensuring high availability of Ariba applications through effective incident and change management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
3–8+ years hands-on SAP Ariba experience incl. support and implementation.
Strong knowledge of P2P and S2C processes.
SAP Ariba certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba modules via ticketing tools.
Analyze and resolve issues in Ariba modules (Commerce Automation, Sourcing, Contracts, and Ariba Network).
Monitor system performance; support SAP ERP/S/4HANA integrations via CIG.
Perform root cause analysis and preventive measures.
Support master data management; assist users with training and guidance.
Manage change requests, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, maintain documentation.
