Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer (Saudi National) to drive service and aftermarket business, focusing on service agreements, maintenance contracts, and digital service solutions. You will develop new opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and negotiate commercial terms to achieve sales targets.

You will work with customers and internal teams to tailor service offerings, manage proposals and tenders, and lead negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, business development, or account management in HVAC/building services.
• Proven track record in selling service agreements, maintenance contracts, and service repairs.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; excellent communication.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to identify customer needs and design tailored service solutions.
• Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base for service offerings.
• Manage existing accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, tenders, and inquiries.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure profitable orders.
• Promote digital service offerings with professional proposals and technical data.
• Meet sales targets and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and report performance.
• Identify prospective customers and opportunities in target accounts.
• Conduct customer visits, meetings, and workshops; engage in industry events.
• Coordinate with internal teams on service solutions and cash collection.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, service, and technical teams.
