Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a seasoned retail operations leader to oversee multi-store activities across Saudi Arabia. You will drive sales, profitability, customer experience, and team productivity while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.

You will develop Area/Store Managers, standardize store operations, advance optical excellence and eye-testing quality, manage manpower and inventory, support new store openings, and use data analytics to close gaps and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in retail operations; optical/eyewear experience is preferred.
• Strong multi-store/multi-city KSA experience.
• Proven track record in sales and team leadership.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic & English is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Retail Management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own sales, revenue, profitability, and key retail KPIs across stores.
• Lead and develop Area/Store Managers and frontline teams.
• Ensure consistent store operations, SOPs, VM, and customer service standards.
• Drive optical excellence, including eye-testing quality and customer experience.
• Manage manpower, rosters, productivity, attrition, and performance.
• Control inventory, shrinkage, stock availability, and operational costs.
• Monitor customer KPIs, complaints, and service quality.
• Support new store openings, expansion, and location development.
• Ensure KSA regulatory, Saudization, and licensing compliance.
• Use retail data and analytics to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
