Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh seeks a senior QA/QC inspector for road/highway projects to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, approved drawings, and client requirements.

You will inspect earthworks, subgrade, asphalt paving, drainage, verify materials, witness tests, and prepare reports while maintaining QA/QC records and NCRs. GCC/Saudi Arabia project experience preferred; tax-free salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of QA/QC inspection experience in road/highway projects.
• Knowledge of AASHTO, ASTM, and road construction standards.
• Strong reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect earthworks, subgrade, sub-base, asphalt paving, drainage, and related road works.
• Verify materials and workmanship meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Witness site inspections and testing activities.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
• Raise and follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Coordinate with construction teams, consultants, and testing laboratories.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements.
