AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to join our project team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining comprehensive risk management across multiple projects, ensuring robust governance and timely information for decision makers.

You will lead risk processes, monitor dependencies, and drive value through effective risk and opportunity management within complex engineering environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in Risk Management.
• At least 5 years as Risk Manager in Construction/Engineering.
• Graduate in Engineering / Business or equivalent /Postgraduate qualifications or equivalent.
• Risk Management qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Understanding and experience of complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
• Track record of risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor a risk issue and opportunity management process.
• Develop and maintain a risk matrix identifying dependencies and the impacts of not meeting scheduled dates.
• Identify, monitor and manage dependencies and for resolving related issues.
• Identify opportunities to arrange and coordinate discussions to realise benefits.
• Monitor projects and ensure a robust Risk Management process is actively managed.
• Implement Risk Management Plan, Risk Log, and governance process.
• Track significant risks to ensure they are identified, recorded, evaluated, and communicated across the program.
