Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification or certification in risk management, project management, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the risk management framework across projects and programmes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across cost, schedule, procurement, contracts, and design.
• Ensure risk owners are accountable and mitigation actions are tracked to closure.
• Monitor risk exposure with dashboards and governance forums.
• Coordinate risk workshops with stakeholders to drive timely responses.
