Job summary

Egis in Riyadh is seeking a detail-oriented Risk Management Manager to lead risk governance across metro and construction projects. You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks while aligning with ISO 31000/PMBOK frameworks and senior management expectations.

You will build risk registers, mentor project teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, delivering strategic guidance to stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of risk management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 31000 and PMBOK.
• Expertise in risk assessment, analysis, and quantification.
• Proficiency with risk management software platforms.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating across large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and analyze project risks using established frameworks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Monitor risk indicators and report KPIs across lifecycles.
• Maintain risk registers and databases for active projects.
• Provide guidance to project teams and stakeholders on risk governance.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
