Job summary

Egis is seeking a detail-oriented Risk Analyst in AlUla, Saudi Arabia, to identify, assess, and mitigate organizational risks across functions. You will develop risk assessments, implement management strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes quantitative risk analysis, schedule risk, and cost risk. Strong analytical skills and experience with ARM, Palisade @RISK, PRA, and P6 are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of risk management experience.
• Hands-on with QSRAs & QCRAs.
• Experience using ARM, @RISK & PRA.
• Proficient in Monte Carlo simulation & probabilistic risk modeling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across business operations.
• Plan and perform QSRAs and QCRAs using schedules and cost data.
• Perform Monte Carlo simulations to quantify exposure and contingency needs.
• Manage risk registers, BRDs, and risk dashboards with ARM.
• Develop risk models in Palisade @RISK and PRA in Excel/P6 environments.
• Prepare schedules and risk models, analyze P50/P80/P90 dates.
• Create detailed risk reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with departments to understand processes and risks.
• Recommend risk mitigations and controls to reduce exposure.
