Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in car rental operations or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Fluent Arabic and excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with rental/reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-office operations across rental branches and airport counters to ensure high service standards.
• Manage branch teams including rental agents, supervisors, and customer service staff to meet targets.
• Ensure smooth handling of reservations, handovers/returns, upgrades, and loyalty program engagement.
• Standardize front-office procedures to improve customer experience across locations.
• Analyze branch performance KPIs such as utilization and revenue per rental; optimize staffing and resources.
