Job summary

RAWAJ is seeking a Branches Manager to oversee operations across all company branches in Saudi Arabia. You will lead branch managers, enforce policies, and drive sales and profitability with strong service standards.

The role requires 5–7 years in multi-branch retail leadership, plus excellent communication, planning, and people skills. Travel between branches is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in multi-branch operations or retail management.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service, operational processes, and financial principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to travel frequently between branches.
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch management systems (POS, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across all branches to ensure policy and quality compliance.
• Set branch performance goals and monitor KPIs (sales, customer satisfaction, cost control).
• Conduct branch visits, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Hire, train, mentor, and manage branch managers.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase productivity and profitability.
• Resolve operational issues and address customer complaints promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and procurement practices.
• Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance for cross-functional support.
• Prepare regular reports on branch performance and suggest improvements.
• Lead the launch of new branches.
