Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead Solar PV and BESS projects in Saudi Arabia, delivering end-to-end project management and technical oversight. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, multidisciplinary team leadership, and compliance with energy regulations in the GCC region.

The candidate should have a strong background in renewable energy studies, grid integration, and project delivery, with regional experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Master's degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Solar PV and BESS projects from initiation through development.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and specialist consultants.
• Manage project communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
• Oversee delivery of all technical studies required for renewable energy developments.
• Review and provide guidance on site screening, feasibility studies, solar resource assessments, and energy yield assessments.
• Review consultant and contractor deliverables for quality and completeness.
• Provide technical recommendations to clients and project stakeholders.
