Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Relationship Manager to join our team and take a leadership role in managing and expanding relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families in Riyadh.

You will be responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities by actively leveraging your personal network, market insight, and proactively engaging in face-to-face outreach to expand assets under management (AUM). This role demands hands-on, in-person engagement and a proactive, field-based approach—it's not just desk work.

This position is key to driving our business development in the region, delivering bespoke investment solutions, and ensuring exceptional service to clients across generations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to UHNW clients, managing complex portfolios and delivering holistic, long-term wealth management solutions.
  • Lead strategic relationship management and client engagement efforts across western region wealth landscape.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities, leveraging your personal network and market insight to grow assets under management (AUM).
  • Partner closely with internal investment, advisory, legal, and operations teams to deliver seamless, integrated service and solutions.
  • Represent the company at high-level client meetings, family governance discussions, and regional events.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior relationship managers, helping elevate the team’s overall capabilities and client experience.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of global markets, asset classes, and regulatory environments, with a focus on client needs.
  • Ensure full compliance with local and international financial regulations, KYC/AML procedures, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or family office advisory—serving UHNW individuals, ideally in the Riyadh market.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing large, complex client relationships and generating significant AUM growth.
  • Deep network within Riyadh's HNW and UHNW community, with a strong understanding of cultural, financial, and legal dynamics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, advisory, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage high-level stakeholders and family principals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver tailored investment strategies aligned with long-term family objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required.
  • CFA, CWM, or MBA is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
