Job summary

Binladin International Holding Group is seeking a Compliance Manager to design, implement, and operate enterprise-wide compliance programs across the Group and its business verticals. You will lead the regulatory obligations register, publish policies, and guide governance across all units.

You will monitor regulatory changes, manage compliance risks, and provide executive reporting while promoting a culture of integrity and ethics in line with Saudi Arabian regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Group's regulatory compliance framework aligned with KSA laws and internal standards.
• Establish and maintain Regulatory Obligations Register and compliance policies.
