You will originate, source, underwrite, and close real estate deals across land, JVs, and development opportunities, while leveraging a strong local network.

Qualifications

8+ years of real estate investment experience in KSA.
Experience with land, joint ventures and development-related deals.
Proven ability to structure funds and perform due diligence.

Responsibilities

Lead origination and sourcing across KSA real estate transactions.
Build and leverage a network of families, developers, asset owners and capital providers.
Underwrite opportunities using institutional investment processes and due diligence.
Support asset management and coordinate with internal/external partners.
Drive transaction execution from sourcing through closing.
