Fakeeh Care Group in Jeddah seeks a Senior Business Rules and Operations Manager to drive strategic enablement, optimize revenue cycle processes, and build scalable operating models across RCM. You will promote data-driven decisions and partner with governance teams to ensure compliance and governance outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean Six Sigma experience, and the ability to translate insights into action across multiple stakeholders and sites.

Competenze

• 7 years of experience in revenue cycle, performance improvement, or healthcare operations.
• Strong leadership and change management skills.
• Ability to translate insights into action and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Mansioni

• Lead enterprise-wide RCM process reviews to identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows for scalability and standardization.
• Document current and future-state workflows, SOPs, and policies with functional leads.
• Collaborate with department leads to embed best practices across operations.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to sustain improvements.
• Coordinate governance, audits, and action plans with billing and compliance teams.
• Develop training programs, SOP documentation, and onboarding to institutionalize knowledge.
