AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee all contract activities for the rail construction phase. You will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, manage negotiations with clients and contractors, and support the construction supervision process.

The role requires extensive experience in contract management, leadership, and strong risk mitigation, with the ability to coordinate across departments to deliver milestones on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Oversee contract administration ensuring compliance with legal and corporate protocols.
• Lead negotiations for complex contractual issues with clients and contractors.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks; advise on opportunities and threats.
• Provide regular progress reports to client and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Claims Manager for robust responses to claims.
• Ensure provision of necessary technical data to Contract Administration Senior Manager.
• Deliver contractual presentations as required.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with all protocols.
• Drive progression via contract progress meetings.
