AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee all contract activities for a rail project during construction. You will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, lead negotiations, and support construction supervision.

The role requires coordination with multiple departments to drive successful project execution. The position emphasizes risk management, timely progress reporting, and robust claims handling in collaboration with the Claims Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• CPCM or equivalent certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of all contracts for the project.
• Lead negotiations with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks and advise on opportunities.
