Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to review tender documents, prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and support procurement for EPC/O&G projects in Saudi Arabia. You will handle progress valuations, contract administration, variations, EOTs, and cost control across Aramco programs.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years in EPC/O&G, with at least 5 years on Saudi Aramco projects, and professional certifications such as PMP/CCP/MRICS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
• Certifications in project cost control are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Support procurement by evaluating subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare tender submissions, commercial proposals, and bid documentation.
• Prepare monthly progress valuations and payment applications.
• Monitor material consumption and reconcile quantities with site teams.
• Manage variations, VO submissions, and EOT/cost claims.
• Maintain commercial records for audits and compliance.
