Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage post-contract commercial activities for a high-rise luxury hotel renovation in Medina. You will verify interim payments, measure quantities, and prepare cost estimates for variations and final accounts.

The role requires a strong background in post-contract surveying, experience with luxury hospitality projects, and proficiency in cost reporting and FIDIC-based contracts. Arabic is preferred, English fluency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
• 10 years of post-contract quantity surveying and commercial management experience.
• Experience with luxury hospitality, high-rise projects or commercial refurbishments.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and BIM/quantity surveying software.
• English fluency required; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-contract quantity surveying and commercial activities for renovation projects.
• Review interim payment certificates against site progress and measured quantities.
• Prepare cost estimates, variation assessments, and final accounts.
• Maintain cost reports, cash-flow forecasts, and budget variance analyses.
• Coordinate with project team, engineers, client and contractor on commercial issues.
• Assess design changes, delays, and revised construction sequences.
