Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Total 10+ years in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.
• Minimum 4 years in an engineering consultancy.
• Proven pre-contract and post-contract experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost planning, procurement, and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and budget forecasts.
• Develop procurement strategies and tender documentation (BoQs).
• Lead tender evaluations and contract award recommendations.
• Deliver value engineering and cost optimization solutions.
• Administer contracts and ensure contractual compliance.
• Review payments, variations, and extensions of time.
• Prepare commercial reports and manage final accounts and close-out.
