Qualifications

• 10+ years' Quantity Surveying experience, including 5+ years on infrastructure projects and 3+ years in the Middle East.
• Strong expertise in estimating, measurement, and remeasurement, with knowledge of construction contracts and commercial documentation.
• Proficient in QS software and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the financial and contractual aspects across multiple work packages.
• Prepare and review monthly cost reports and interim valuations.
• Coordinate measurement procedures and final quantities with project teams.
• Review and audit contractor payments and valuations.
• Finalize project Final Accounts and support contract administration.
