Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and strong knowledge of FIDIC. You will prepare interim payment applications, cost reports, and BOQs for changes, while reviewing contracts for compliance and negotiating variations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years QS experience.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare interim payment applications measurement sheets and cost reports.
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters.
• Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works.
• Assist in claims variations and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.
• Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.
