Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Quality Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The role supports the development and maintenance of project quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001, client and contractual requirements, and performs audits and surveillance to ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate has 17+ years of quality experience in engineering/construction, holds IRCA/ASQ quality certifications, and is proficient in Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 17+ years in quality engineering/QA/QC in engineering/construction environments.
• IRCA/ASQ quality certifications or equivalent are required.
• Proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QA/QC fundamentals, and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-level QMS per ISO 9001 and client requirements.
• Prepare quality plans, procedures, ITPs, forms and related documentation.
• Conduct internal, project, supplier, and subcontractor audits; track corrective actions.
• Review non-conformance reports and drive root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality activities with engineering, construction, procurement and safety teams.
• Prepare quality reports, dashboards, trends, and management review inputs.
