Job summary

Abunayyan Holding in Dammam is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the QC function within Industrial Operations. You will ensure final products and processes meet customer specs and international standards (IEC, ANSI, NEMA, UL), driving First Time Right.

You will develop quality plans, lead FAT, coach the QC team, and partner with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain to raise defect detection and continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years in a switchgear manufacturing company (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of IEC, ANSI, NEMA, UL, NEC standards.
• Expertise in LV & MV switchgear and protection systems.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, OSHAS, and manufacturing best practices.
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma and quality digitalization is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure conformity of incoming materials, in-process inspections, and final products with specs.
• Develop and implement quality plans, inspection, and testing procedures.
• Lead FAT and manage customer feedback and closure.
• Record, analyze, and report non-conformities and MDR.
• Drive quality improvement across Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain.
• Coach and develop the QC team (Engineers & Technicians).
• Optimize QC resources and department efficiency.
• Support field service during commissioning and start-up.
