The ideal candidate holds PMP/PgMP or equivalent, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor credentials, and a strong record with international codes and ARAMCO projects. Role requires coordinating diverse teams onsite and remote locations.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years as QC Manager in Civil, Electro-Mechanical, Industrial, Piping and Pipeline Projects.
Oil and Gas and ARAMCO experience required.
Certified PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification.
Strong track record in refining and petrochemical industries including design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup and operation.
Mastery of international codes, standards, specifications, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

Lead project team of multiple disciplines and coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Inspectors and other departments.
Liaise with Client, Consultant, Inspections agencies and coordinate with other departments for smooth execution.
Train multinational workforce using training tools on a regular basis.
Ensure project execution aligns with schedules, budgets and quality standards.
Provide oversight across engineering design, construction and commissioning phases.
