Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company is seeking a detail-oriented QC Engineer to join the Quality Control Division. You will ensure casting and forging products meet internal standards and customer specs through effective QC processes, driving improvements, and maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and API Q1 standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing.
• Experience with API Q1, API 20A, and API 20B standards is essential.
• Proficiency with inspection tools and metallurgical properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of castings and forgings per procedures and drawings.
• Drive QC processes across the casting shop and manage NCRs.
• Prepare ITPs and inspection plans for internal/external requirements.
• Record results and analyze quality data to identify trends.
• Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and audits.
• Maintain calibration and operation of inspection equipment.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
