Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company is seeking a driven Project Engineer to join the Project Management team in the Operational Excellence Department. The role supports planning, execution, and delivery of customer and capital projects, serving as the interface between customers and cross-functional teams to coordinate progress and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings/specifications and ensuring contract compliance.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from purchase order receipt to close-out with scheduling, execution, monitoring and reporting.
• Facilitate kick-off meetings and alignment between Technical, Quality, Procurement, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Monitor schedules and deliverables per contract and operational plans.
• Review drawings, specs to ensure customer requirements.
• Coordinate procurement activities, material status and delivery schedules.
• Manage changes in scope including variation orders and contractual changes.
• Resolve issues with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Facilitate status review meetings and maintain progress records.
• Provide updates and reports to stakeholders and clients.
• Support financial tracking of project costs and invoices.
• Address customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in lessons learned and close-out documentation.
