Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead the quality function on a major metro station project in Saudi Arabia. You will guide quality direction, develop systems and plans, and coach a team of quality professionals to ensure compliance with client and Parsons standards.

Your role requires strong leadership, ISO 9001 knowledge, and a track record of overseeing complex civil/structural/MEP quality activities across design, construction, and commissioning stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, project management, business, or quality discipline or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC or construction quality.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience on major transportation infrastructure projects (metro/rail).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9000/ISO Quality Management Systems and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management direction for quality on a major metro station project.
• Develop and implement Quality Systems, Quality Plans, manuals, procedures, audits, and corrective actions.
• Manage quality professionals assigned to the project and review documents and reports.
• Conduct audits, facilitate corrective actions, and track non-conformance.
• Coordinate quality activities with project management, engineering, construction, procurement, and suppliers.
• Provide Quality Systems support using the Parsons Quality Management System.
• Participate in client meetings and quality performance discussions.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/related field

15+ years experience in QA/QC/construction quality

Leadership experience
