Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned QA/QC Manager to lead the PMCM team's quality function across all project stages, from design to handover, with emphasis on safety and compliance. You will implement IMS, manage audits, non-conformance, and KPI reporting while coordinating with PMs, engineers, and authorities to deliver quality outcomes on transportation projects in the region.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in quality management in buildings/transportation, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and extensive experience in quality management.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• 15+ years of experience with 10+ on quality management in buildings/transportation.
• Strong consultancy, client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Head the QA/QC function across all project stages from design to handover.
• Lead IMS implementation and maintain documentation, procedures and records.
• Manage project quality audits, non-conformance, RCA and corrective actions.
• Monitor QA/QC activities across assets and disciplines for transportation projects.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and present to senior management and clients.
• Collaborate with PMs, Construction Managers, engineers, contractors and authorities.
• Provide quality consultancy and training to project teams and clients.
