Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Quality Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of QA/QC experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems.
• Experience leading QA/QC teams across multiple sites.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the QMS aligned with project requirements.
• Lead QA/QC teams and ensure consistent quality procedures.
• Establish project-specific quality plans, ITPs, and inspection strategies.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and verification of workmanship.
• Manage NCRs, CAPA, and closure processes.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Review quality documents including submittals, method statements, shop drawings, and test reports.
• Conduct internal and site quality audits for ISO compliance.
• Prepare quality performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Train QA/QC staff and support project handover documentation.
